Make a mind map to show the abiotic factors that affect populations in different ecosystems. You may wish to choose one particular ecosystem (eg a rocky shore, the edges of a pond, the bottom of a river, a field, the middle of a deciduous forest, a mountain side), or give examples of particular ecosystems that might be affected by a particular factor on your mind map. (eg wave action will affect marine ecosystems, but not fields)
Here is a basic outline to get you started - this is just a place to start and does not cover all possibilities. Remember that mind maps should show links between things and use pictures and colours where possible. There is an example of a random mind map below to remind you what they should look like.
