1. Start with the Test Plan you created as part of Creating the Solution.

2. Add an additional column 'Actual Results'

3. Work through the tests methodically, taking screen shots to show the results as evidence as you go.

4. If a test does not produce the result you expect, review your code, make alterations and test again.Make sure you explain why it didn't work and what changes you had to make.
